What if I don't know which position to apply for?

That's okay! With so many opportunities to choose from, we don't blame you!

We recommend using the "Position Type" filter to narrow down which career categories pique your interest and align with your expertise.

Once you find an opportunity that aligns with your background, we invite you to submit an application. If your skills align, you'll be given an opportunity to chat with a member of the ATS talent acquisition team who can help you find the exact fit.

When can I expect a response on my application?

Once you properly submit your application, you should receive an immediate automated response via email. (If you don't receive that email within five minutes, please let us know)

If you're a good fit for the opportunity you applied for — or if our talent acquisition team thinks you fit a different opportunity — you'll hear from a team member within 1-3 business days.

Great question! There are several aspects that go into preparing for an interview with ATS — or any company, for that matter.

What does the interview process look like?

While each step can vary slightly depending on the position you're considering, you can expect to go through seven key steps during the interview process:

  1. Submit an application for your desired position
  2. Discuss the opportunity with one of our talent acquisition specialists to learn more about the opportunity and how it aligns with your wants and needs
  3. Depending on the opportunity you applied for, you may be asked to do a one-way video interview
  4. Following a video interview, you may be asked to come into the office to go through an in-person interview with one or two hiring managers
  5. Depending on the opportunity you applied for, you may be asked to conduct a job shadow or an additional interview with different team members for more exposure to the duties of the role.
  6. If you're selected as the top choice for the opportunity, you'll be provided a contingent job offer — which means the job is yours pending a background and reference check!
  7. Upon acceptance, your day to start thriving with ATS will be set!

What benefits does ATS offer its employees?

As an ATS employee, you'll get a competitive and comprehensive benefits package that focuses on your overall well-being. Benefits include things like medical, dental and vision plans, along with paid time off — plus tuition reimbursement and MORE!

Medical Insurance 

Health benefits and coverage programs are a staple piece of every benefits package. ATS employees have the choice between two comprehensive high-deductible health plans with the additional option to participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA).

Transparency in Coverage -- Our Open Access Network

Dental Insurance

Our affordable PPO (Preferred Provider Organization) plan offers employees 100 percent preventative coverage on basic services (some restrictions apply).

Vision Insurance

Just like your dental health, your vision care is important to your overall health. In recognition of this, we offer two plan options allowing you to further customize your package to meet your needs.

Critical Illness Insurance & Accident Insurance

Life can be unpredictable and we want to ensure our employees are offered as many opportunities as possible to plan for the unexpected. Critical illness insurance, accident insurance and a hospital indemnity plan are offered as a voluntary benefit for self, spouse and/or child(ren). 

Life Insurance

Life insurance benefits provide financial support and stability to your family or listed beneficiaries should you pass away. Life insurance coverage is provided by ATS with the option to purchase additional coverage. Coverage for your spouse and children is also available.

Section 125/Flexible Spending Account (FSA)

Available to pre-tax medical/dental/vision insurance premiums and to reimburse eligible health and/or daycare expenses on a pre-tax basis. (Medical Flexible Spending Account: Eligible the 1st of the plan year following benefit effective date.)

401k/Profit-Sharing Plan

Planning for retirement, for your life after work, is easier with a little help from an employer. Whether you’re early or well into your career journey, it’s never too late to save! The ATS 401k plan allows employees to tax-defer up to 70 percent of their gross annual salary. Contributions to a Roth 401k are also available (IRS maximums apply). ATS match is discretionary year over year.

Paid Time Off (PTO)

Spending time away from work is important to your overall health and well-being, which is why we're proud to offer competitive PTO options based on tenure with ATS. PTO benefits start at 15 days in your first year of employment and increase as your employment with ATS grows.

Paid Holidays

The holidays are a great way to spend time with the ones you love. That's why ATS employees receive the following six paid holidays each calendar year: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance

ATS offers financial protection through a voluntary short-term disability plan. As the name suggests, a short-term disability benefit compensates and assists employees temporarily in situations where — due to illness or disability — they’re unable to perform the functions of their job.

ATS provides automatic enrollment in a $500/mo. long-term disability benefit provided by ATS. You have the option to increase the long-term disability insurance if desired. Like short-term coverage, long-term disability insurance is a benefit to be utilized when injury, disability or illness prevents an employee from working.

beBetter Wellness Program

A strong company cannot exist without healthy employees. ATS recognizes this by providing support and resources to help improve the health and well-being of our valued employees and their spouses.

Through a secure online wellness website, ATS employees and their families can access a wide array of information and tools to help maintain or engage in a healthy lifestyle, ranging from physical, mental and financial health. While employees engage in the program for the health and wellness benefits, participants have the opportunity to earn "Wellness Points" with a chance to earn great prizes and rewards.

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

Available to employees starting day one, our EAP program is a free and confidential problem-solving resource available to all employees, their spouses and dependents to assist with personal problems, financial and budgeting difficulties, legal questions, etc.

Anderson Assistance Foundation

When a qualifying emergency or hardship arises, the Anderson Assistance Foundation provides financial assistance for ATS employees, drivers and independent contractors in need across the Anderson Family of Companies. In total, thousands of people are impacted throughout the United States, including Puerto Rico.

Tuition/Educational Reimbursement

To encourage professional growth, ATS provides up to $1,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement for employees

ATS Scholarship Program

The ATS Scholarship Program is designed to assist our employees with education-related costs as they support their family members in pursuing higher education. In recognition of their efforts, ATS offers an annual scholarship program with rewards totaling up to $10,000 each year.

ATS offers other various employee discount programs and perks, ranging from saving money on your groceries to tickets for local sporting events.

What type of ongoing training does ATS offer its employees?

ATS employees have access to state-of-the-art facilities with the latest technology.

Beyond those resources, there are several in-house trainers and mentors to set employees up for success. Employees also have the ability to take part in ongoing career development opportunities through the ATS Academy, self-led training and other continuing education opportunities — including tuition reimbursement, upon request.

Does ATS offer remote or hybrid opportunities?

We find that our teams operate at their best in person, which naturally facilitates collaboration, teamwork and innovation. (Plus, we like each other!) While we recognize and work to accommodate our employees changing needs, at this time we do not currently offer a formal work from home or remote alternative. In the near future, some roles will be eligible to work remotely for one day per week.

The opportunity I applied for has base pay + monthly incentive — what does that mean?

The core of our culture and compensation is to reward employees who put the work in, so many positions are incentivized with that in mind. The reward will always be above and beyond your base pay — which is always yours to keep no matter how tenured you are with ATS.
